The Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2021 adopts the International Residential Code 2018 (IRC 2018) with amendments and additions to address Oregon’s specific needs, including seismic considerations, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. This code ensures that residential buildings are constructed safely and sustainably, considering the unique risks and requirements of the region.
