2014 Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC)
The 2014 Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code (OEESC) is based on the International Energy Conservation Code 2012 (IECC 2012) with amendments and additions specific to Oregon. These modifications ensure that buildings in Oregon are designed to be energy-efficient, addressing the state’s environmental goals and unique climate conditions.
