The 2018 Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code (OEESC) is based on the International Energy Conservation Code 2015 (IECC 2015) with amendments and additions specific to Oregon. These modifications ensure that buildings in Oregon are designed to be energy-efficient, addressing the state’s environmental goals and unique climate conditions.
