Spun off of BCAP’s Compliance Planning Assistance Program (CPA), this gap analysis report analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of energy code adoption and implementation in the state of Nebraska. The report also recommends potential actions state agencies, local jurisdictions, and other stakeholders can take to achieve 90% compliance with the model energy codes.
