As part of BCAP’s Compliance Planning Assistance Program (CPA), this strategic compliance plan provides a five-year roadmap for energy code implementation in the state of Alaska.
Following its first phase CPA companion study, the Alaska Gap Analysis Report, this second phase CPA compliance plan recommends tasks within various focus areas that state agencies, local jurisdictions, and other stakeholders can take to achieve full compliance with the model energy codes.
This report was prepared by BCAP in partnership with the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) and Cold Climate Housing Research Center (CCHRC) for the United States Department of Energy (DOE).
