The 2022 Ohio One- and Two-Family Dwelling Fire Sprinkler Installation Code is based on NFPA 13D (2019 Edition) with Ohio-specific amendments. This code establishes the minimum standards for the design, installation, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in one- and two-family dwellings within the state of Ohio. The Ohio-specific amendments include modifications tailored to the unique needs and conditions of residential properties in Ohio.
